Hire the café
Take over the whole space on Victoria Road for a birthday, a book launch, a team breakfast, or a small celebration — concrete counter, warm wood, the orange wall, and our people looking after you. Seats up to 28 guests.
Guests pay their own
The space is yours. Waffles and coffee are sold as normal, and your guests order and pay individually at the counter.
Waffles & coffee included
Everyone gets The Original waffle or waffle minis and coffee included, so it's a free event for your guests.
Gourmet included
Everyone gets a gourmet flavour waffle or waffle minis (Biscoff Dream, Dark & Oreo, Belgian Chocolate) and coffee included.

Book the Cart
We bring barista-made coffee and hot Belgian Liège waffles to your birthday, wedding, market or company day — anywhere within 30 km of Woodstock, Cape Town. Half day is 4 hours of service, full day is 8, cashless on the day, all prices include VAT.

You cover getting the cart there and running it. Your guests order and pay individually, at cart menu prices.

Cart menu on the day: coffee & hot drinks R40 · Original Liège waffle R40 · Gourmet waffle R80. No minimum spend, nothing further for you to pay.
Pre-Paid Packages — You Host
Minimum 20 guests, billed on the headcount you expect. You cover your guests up front — nothing further for them to pay.
Every total is R450 transport + R150 per hour of service + guests × package rate. No attendance fee. Add R600 for a full day.

Good to know
- 50% of the quoted total secures your date; the balance is due five working days before.
- Final headcount is confirmed at the same time — numbers can still go up if we have capacity.
- Cancellation: 14+ days, deposit refunded less R450. 7–13 days, half retained. Under 7 days, not refunded.
- Postponement within 90 days is free, subject to availability.
