Two ways to book the cart
Half day is 4 hours of service, full day is 8. Within 30 km of Woodstock, cashless on the day, all prices include VAT.
Cart On Site — Guests Pay
You cover getting the cart there and running it. Your guests order and pay individually, at cart menu prices.

Cart menu on the day: coffee & hot drinks R40 · Original Liège waffle R40 · Gourmet waffle R80. No minimum spend, nothing further for you to pay.
Pre-Paid Packages — You Host
Minimum 20 guests, billed on the headcount you expect. You cover your guests up front — nothing further for them to pay.
Every total is R450 transport + R150 per hour of service + guests × package rate. No attendance fee. Add R600 for a full day.

Good to know
- 50% of the quoted total secures your date; the balance is due five working days before.
- Final headcount is confirmed at the same time — numbers can still go up if we have capacity.
- Cancellation: 14+ days, deposit refunded less R450. 7–13 days, half retained. Under 7 days, not refunded.
- Postponement within 90 days is free, subject to availability.
